There are 100’s of options for powdered herbs. I purchase from many organic suppliers that I have used and trusted over the years.
When in doubt, do the research and back ground check the company. It normally takes a few minutes to find out that a lot of places are being supplied from, “Mountain Rose Herbs.”
Pick what is calling to you.
Muscle test, pendulum, Spirit. All can be great places for guidance and also having a specific ailment to be working on.
Lungs, heart, liver, kidneys, brain, adaptogenic.
Adaptogenic Herbs -
The term “adaptogens,’ was coined in 1947 by Soviet toxicologist Nikolai Lazarev to describe substances that may increase resistance to stress.
The term “adaptogenesis,” was later applied in the Soviet Union to describe remedies thought to increase the resistance of organisms to biological stress.
Adaptogens come from herbs (flowers, leafs, roots, depending on the plant you’re using) & mushrooms.
There are several books written on Adaptogenics.
A few I like,
*Adaptogens: Herbs for strength, stamina, and stress relief - David Winston
*Adaptogens: Herbs for Longevity and Everyday Wellness -
Adriana Ayales
*Herbs for Long-Lasting Health - Rosemary Gladstar
Neurogenisis - Is the process of creating new neurons in the brain.
*Classic psychedelics can create or birth new neurons in the brain.
*Decalcification of the Pineal Gland.
*Increasing the production of dopamine and serotonin due to Tryptamine.
Tryptamine activates serotonin receptors and regulates them.
Tryptamine is produced in the gut, bacteria convert dietary tryptophan into tryptamine. Tryptamine then regulates gastrointestinal motility by activating 5-HT4 receptors also known as serotonin. Serotonin is a monoamine (molecular messenger), neurotransmitter that effects mood, cognition, learning, memory, reward, and many other physiological processes.
